काम की जानकारी (Job Role): Production Carpenter (बढ़ई)
मुख्य काम (Responsibilities):
Production लाइन या फैक्ट्री में डिज़ाइन के हिसाब से लकड़ी, प्लाईवुड या MDF के कंपोनेंट्स और पार्ट्स तैयार करना।
बड़ी मात्रा में (Mass Production) फर्नीचर या लकड़ी के प्रोडक्ट्स बनाने के लिए कटिंग, शेपिंग और असेंबलिंग का काम करना।
फैक्ट्री की बड़ी कटिंग मशीनों, कटर, सैंडर और पावर टूल्स को सुरक्षित और सही तरीके से ऑपरेट करना।
सुपरवाइजर या डिज़ाइनर द्वारा दिए गए स्केच, ड्राइंग और नाप (measurements) को देखकर बिना गलती के सटीक काम करना।
तैयार हो रहे प्रोडक्ट्स की फिनिशिंग, सनमाइका (laminate) पेस्टिंग, और ग्लूइंग का काम ध्यान से करना ताकि क्वालिटी खराब न हो।
जरूरी योग्यता (Requirements):
कारपेंटर के रूप में कम से कम 1 से 3 साल का काम करने का अनुभव (experience) होना चाहिए। (फैक्ट्री या प्रोडक्शन यूनिट का अनुभव रखने वालों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी)।
कारपेंट्री टूल्स, हैंड टूल्स और पावर टूल्स चलाने की अच्छी जानकारी होनी चाहिए।
नाप-तौल (measurement) और लकड़ी की कटिंग में हाथ बिल्कुल साफ और सटीक होना चाहिए।
टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने वाला और डेली प्रोडक्शन टारगेट (समय पर काम) पूरा करने वाला कारीगर चाहिए।
