Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to provide professional hair care services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of current hair trends, and the ability to recommend suitable hair care solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences. Perform hair cutting, trimming, styling, blow-drying, and finishing services. Provide hair coloring, highlighting, bleaching, rebonding, smoothening, keratin, and other chemical treatments. Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care products based on client requirements. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services. Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products. Assist in achieving salon sales and service targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Required Skills Expertise in hair cutting, styling, and chemical treatments. Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of hair care products and treatments. Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment. Professional appearance and grooming standards. Team player with a positive attitude. Qualifications Certification/Diploma in Hair Styling or Cosmetology preferred. Previous salon experience is an advantage. Knowledge of modern hair styling trends and techniques.
