Caller Job Description
A Tele Caller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products/services, answer inquiries, generate leads, and support sales or customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Receive inbound calls and handle customer queries
