# 🚨 Urgent Hiring – Purchase Executive 🚨 🏢 Company: Warehousing Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd. 📍 Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon (Gurugram) ⏰ Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred ## Position: Purchase Executive 💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month (Based on Experience) ### Eligibility: • Minimum Graduate • Excellent Email Writing Skills • Good Knowledge of MS Excel • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills • Pleasant Personality • Own Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler Mandatory ### Key Responsibilities: #### Vendor Development & Management • Identify and onboard manpower vendors across PAN India. • Source vendors for manpower, security guards, housekeeping staff, and other operational requirements. • Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate commercial terms. #### Warehouse Sourcing & Expansion • Search and identify warehouse properties across PAN India. • Coordinate with landlords and property consultants. • Conduct warehouse site visits and inspections. • Negotiate rental/commercial terms and finalize agreements. • Coordinate documentation and agreement execution with landlords. #### Procurement & Purchase • Obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors. • Compare prices and negotiate the best commercial terms. • Procure warehouse operational materials, consumables, uniforms, stationery, and other requirements. • Coordinate timely dispatch and delivery of materials to various warehouse locations. ### Required Skills: ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Good negotiation abilities ✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and Email Communication ✅ Ability to travel for site visits when required ✅ Vendor management and procurement experience preferred 📩 Interested candidates may send their updated resume to: 📱 9910198075 (HR Department) Immediate joiners will be given preference.
