Procure construction materials (cement, steel, tiles, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Plan material requirements and coordinate with site teams
Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships
Create purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
Verify material quality & maintain documentation
Support cost control and prepare purchase reports
Experience in real estate / construction procurement
Knowledge of materials & vendor market
Strong negotiation & coordination skills
Basic MS Excel / ERP knowledge
