Key Responsibilities:-
Find reliable global and local industrial equipment suppliers.
Collect and analyze technical quotes from multiple vendors.
Secure the best prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
Create and manage accurate Purchase Orders in the ERP system.
Coordinate heavy machinery transit and customs clearance for imports.
Resolve issues regarding damaged goods or specification mismatches.
Monitor stock levels of critical spare parts and raw materials.
It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 4 - 6 years of experience.
