The role involves leading back-office operations, TeleCRM management, bank coordination, process monitoring, productivity enhancement, and ensuring smooth execution of daily business activities. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise back-office operations. Lead and monitor TeleCRM activities and workflow. Handle CRM team performance, productivity, and reporting. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for operational requirements. Develop and implement operational processes and SOPs. Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion tracking. Ensure timely MIS reporting and operational compliance. Train, mentor, and motivate operational staff. Improve efficiency, customer service, and team performance. Work closely with management to achieve business objectives. Desired Skills Strong team management and leadership abilities. Experience in operations, customer service, process management. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Qualification & Experience Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. 2+ years of experience in operations, team management, or process management. Experience in BFSI, telecom, real estate, customer service, or sales operations will be preferred.
