Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Handle confidential information with discretion
Organize travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Screen calls, emails, and prioritize correspondence
Assist in project coordination and execution
Maintain records, files, and office systems
Requirements:
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting C-level executives
Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
