Job Title: Operations Executive Department: Operations Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive who worked in logistics to support and manage day-to-day operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and assisting in process execution to achieve organisational goals. Key Responsibilities.. Manage and monitor daily operational activities and processes. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion. Prepare, maintain, and update operational reports and records. Track ongoing activities and follow up on pending tasks. Handle customer queries and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Assist in planning, executing, and improving operational processes. Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders as required. Support the Operations Manager in achieving departmental targets and objectives. Required Skills. Fluent English Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Qualification Minimum: Graduate and above.
