Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Executive Location: Delhi, India Experience Required: 2–5 Years` Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and result-driven Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage end-to-end ecommerce operations across Shopify website and major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Firstcry, and many more. The candidate should have experience in handling 500+ daily shipments, order fulfillment, inventory coordination, data management, and team handling. The ideal candidate must be capable of ensuring smooth daily operations, timely dispatches, accurate reporting, and effective coordination with warehouse, logistics, and marketplace teams. Key Responsibilities Manage daily ecommerce operations for Shopify website and marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc. Handle and process 500+ daily shipments with accuracy and timely dispatch. Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, and courier partners for smooth order fulfillment. Monitor order processing, invoicing, labeling, dispatch, and delivery tracking. Maintain and manage operational data, shipment reports, MIS reports, inventory records, and sales reports. Ensure inventory synchronization and stock accuracy across all marketplaces and website. Handle returns, RTOs, refunds, replacements, and customer escalation cases efficiently. Monitor marketplace performance metrics such as SLA, cancellation rate, late dispatch rate, and customer satisfaction. Lead and supervise operations team to ensure daily targets and operational efficiency. Coordinate with internal departments including sales, customer support, and accounts for smooth business operations. Identify process improvements to increase operational productivity and reduce errors. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Shopify operations Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, etc. Experience in handling high-volume ecommerce shipments Strong inventory and order management skills Good knowledge of courier aggregators like Shiprocket, NimbusPost, Pickrr, etc. Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Team leadership and coordination abilities Good communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field Experience in D2C and marketplace ecommerce operations Prior experience managing warehouse or fulfillment operations is preferred Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) On-time shipment dispatch Order accuracy rate Inventory accuracy Low cancellation and RTO percentage Team productivity and operational efficiency Marketplace SLA compliance Salary As per industry standards and experience.
