● 3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce or Admin
● Good understanding in computing skills using excel, Google Sheets, Internet and should be able to analyze data.
● Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplace ecosystems
● Good Communication in terms of verbal, written and email writing skills
● Interpersonal Skills
● Ability to quickly adapt to change
● Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
● Should be able to speak Kannada,Hindi & English etc.
Job Responsibilities
About the Role
The E-Commerce & Logistics Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations and logistics functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role involves coordinating with marketplaces, warehouses, transport partners, internal teams, and customers to ensure timely delivery and smooth digital commerce operations. -
Key Responsibilities
Cataloguing
Add products, add images, add all the important information regarding the listing
Coordinate with photographer for photos,
Coordinate with Nandi for the product details and important information.
Order Processing
Monitor and process incoming orders across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart and quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto).
Verify order details and follow company process for fulfillment.
Track cancellations,pending orders, returns and delivery issue.
Ensure adherence to platform’s SLA’s & minimise order defects
Warehouse Coordination
Monitor the scheduling and overseeing product pick-ups from the warehouse.
Monitoring the process to ensure correct inventory is pulled, packed, and prepared for dispatch.
Payment & Reconciliation Activities
Monitor payment settlements across e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate reconciliation of orders, returns, commissions, claims, and deductions.
Ensure accurate tracking of receivables and marketplace payments.
Work with accounts and finance teams for issue resolution and reporting
Labeling & Documentation
Validating whether the printed shipping labels, invoices, and any other required paperwork is in place.
Verifying documentation as per the platform’s requirements.
Packaging & Dispatch
Creating a process to ensure products are packed accurately and securely to prevent damage in transit.
Reviewing parcels prepared for scheduled courier pick-up.
Logistics Liaison
Creating a smooth process for coordination with courier and delivery partners to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries.
Intervening wherever required to resolve shipping issues or delays quickly.
Inventory Support
Conducting a review of stock levels as & when required.
Ensure a smooth process to flag low or out-of-stock items on all platforms.
Marketplace Marketing & Growth
Plan and monitor marketing activities across e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate participation in platform campaigns, deals, ads, and promotional activities.
Analyze campaign performance, sales trends, and conversion metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve visibility, sales, and ROI.
BigJackpot Brand – Social Media & Performance Marketing
Lead operational coordination for BigJackpot’s social media and performance marketing activities.
Analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and advertisement analytics.
Coordinate with social media and creative teams to improve video quality, creatives, and ad performance.
Contribute to strategy discussions focused on increasing reach, engagement, and conversions.
Process Improvement
Suggest ways to streamline fulfillment workflows and reduce turnaround time.
