Job Description
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies, post jobs on various platforms, and proactively search for potential candidates via social media and professional networks.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Selection & Hiring: Assist in final candidate selection, check references.
Onboarding & Compliance: Extend offers, facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, and ensure all hiring practices comply with labor regulations.
Reporting & Strategy: Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
