Job Description – Junior Proposal Writer / Bidding Executive (Indicative Only – Will discuss things in detail during interview session) Position: Junior Proposal Writer / Bidding Executive Location: Adyar, Chennai Experience: 0–1 Year Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Proposal Writer / Bidding Executive to support proposal preparation, tender documentation, bid coordination, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess good written communication skills, basic business understanding, and eagerness to learn the bidding and proposal management process. Key Responsibilities Prepare and draft business proposals, quotations, tender responses, and bid documents. Review RFPs, RFQs, tender notices, and client requirements. Coordinate with internal teams for collecting technical and commercial inputs. Maintain proposal documentation, templates, and submission records. Support online tender submissions through various procurement portals. Conduct basic market and competitor research when required. Ensure timely submission of proposals and compliance documents. Assist in preparing presentations, capability statements, and company profiles. Follow up on submitted bids and maintain status reports. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet research. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to work under deadlines and multitask efficiently. Positive attitude with willingness to learn proposal and bidding processes. Candidates residing near Adyar or nearby localities will be preferred. Preferred Skills Exposure to tendering/bidding activities will be an added advantage. Basic understanding of business correspondence and documentation. Good formatting and drafting capabilities. Compensation Salary will be commensurate with qualification and skill level.
