Ltd.Location: Ahmedabad, GujaratEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 1–4 years (Freshers with strong computer and communication skills may also apply)Reporting To: Operations Manager / DirectorJob SummaryThe Back Office Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, client data management, documentation, and coordination with the front-office and advisory teams. This position ensures smooth office operations and supports the firm’s financial advisory, investment, and loan processing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain client data, investment records, and internal MIS reports.Handle documentation for mutual funds, insurance, loans, and investment portfolios.Prepare client statements, transaction reports, and regulatory documents as required.Assist in KYC verification, account updates, and compliance documentation.Coordinate with financial institutions, AMC partners, and clients for status updates.Support advisors and sales teams in follow-ups, scheduling, and file management.Maintain records of payments, receipts, and portfolio summaries.Draft professional emails, letters, and data sheets for internal and client use.Manage office correspondence, MIS updates, and filing systems (digital and physical).Track renewal dates, SIP schedules, and pending documentation for clients.Required Skills and CompetenciesGood knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.Familiarity with financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, loans, and fixed income.Ability to multitask and handle confidential data responsibly.Team-oriented with a proactive and disciplined work approach.QualificationBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Additional certification in MS Office, Tally, or financial management will be an advantage.Working HoursMonday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (as per company norms)SalaryCompetitive salary based on experience and performance, plus potential for incentives.About Jinen Fincap Pvt.
