Job Description
We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to join our team at Kk Hr Services. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹15000 - ₹18000 salary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update records, reports, and databases accurately
• Perform data entry and data management tasks using MS Excel
• Handle official email communication and follow-ups
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
• Maintain files, documents, and office records
• Assist management with day-to-day administrative support
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data
• Work experience in any ERP software (such as Tally, SAP, or similar systems) is preferred
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.6 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
