Job Title: Site Supervisor Company: EON7 Builders & Developers LLP Location: Eon7 Developers Project office , Emaar Emarald hills, sector- 62 Gurugram 🔹 Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Finishing Work) to oversee and manage all finishing activities at the construction site. The candidate will ensure quality execution, timely completion, and adherence to project specifications. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Supervise all finishing activities including plaster, paint, tile work, false ceiling, flooring, and fittings Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams Monitor daily site progress and report to Project Manager Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage Conduct regular quality checks and rectify defects Maintain site discipline and ensure safety compliance Handle client inspections and snag list closures Ensure timely completion of finishing work as per project schedule 🔹 Required Skills: Good knowledge of finishing materials and techniques Ability to read and understand drawings Strong supervision and team management skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Basic communication and reporting skills 🔹 Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (preferred) 🔹 Experience: Minimum 3–6 years in residential/commercial finishing work 🔹 Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience) 🔹 Working Conditions: Site-based role Weekly off: Rotational
