Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a Start-up interior Fit-Out contracting Company located in White Field Area (Nallurhalli Main Road, HAL Old Airport Rd, near Shell Petrol Pump, Brookefield, Bengaluru) Office Hours 10 AM to 6:30 PM 6 Days working with 2 Saturdays off Key Responsibilities: - Conduct accurate on-site measurements to verify execution and progress. Prepare and submit milestone-based client invoices with clarity and accuracy. Validate and process vendor bills in sync with site status and purchase orders. Act as a bridge between site engineers, contractors, and the office team. Deliver timely reports to the Project Manager on quantities, costs, and progress. Assist in BOQs, cost estimation, and bid evaluations for upcoming projects. Skills Required: Deep understanding of quantity surveying & billing practices. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant billing/project tools. Analytical mindset with an eye for precision. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience handling multiple vendors and project timelines. Qualification Required - B tech-Civil, M.Tech in Civil Engineering. Experience in high-end commercial or hospitality projects.
