Position: Project Supervisor Location: New Delhi (Site Visits as Required) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2–6 Years Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Civil / Turnkey Projects About the Role We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of interior and civil projects. The candidate will coordinate with site teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution within timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and ensure work execution as per drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams at site Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager Ensure timely completion of projects within approved timelines Maintain quality standards and ensure proper finishing work Verify measurements, material usage, and site requirements Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards Handle site-related issues and coordinate resolutions efficiently Maintain daily progress reports, attendance, and site documentation Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material availability Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks Support project handover and snag closure activities Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Good understanding of interior fit-out and civil execution processes Ability to read drawings and coordinate execution accordingly Strong communication and team coordination skills Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in commercial interiors, retail, office fit-outs, or turnkey projects Strong vendor and contractor coordination abilities Willingness to travel to project sites as required Ability to independently handle site execution activities Why Join Us?
