Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and Modeling: Prepare detailed architectural plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models using industry software.
Design Development: Translate client briefs and senior architect concepts into cohesive design layouts and spatial concepts.
Project Documentation: Assist in the preparation of construction documents, presentation materials, and feasibility reports.
Client and Vendor Coordination: Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and review design revisions.
Site Management: Conduct site visits, gather measurements, and assist in monitoring construction progress to ensure compliance with approved blueprints.
Research: Stay updated on building codes, zoning bylaws, and material properties. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
