Job Description
Project Supervision: Manage daily site work and make sure everything follows the design and quality standards.
Coordination & Scheduling: Handle workers, vendors, and subcontractors to complete work on time.
Quality Check: Regularly check work like carpentry, painting, electrical, and furniture to ensure good finish.
Material Management: Monitor materials, stock, and delivery; solve any shortage or quality issues.
Safety: Make sure all safety rules are followed at the site.
Communication: Coordinate between client, designer, and workers; give updates and solve problems.
