Job Description
A Site Engineer is responsible for supervising construction activities at the project site and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and manpower.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors.
Monitor material usage and site progress.
Maintain quality and safety standards at the site.
Resolve technical issues during construction.
Conduct site inspections and measurements.
Required Skills
Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and time management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience in construction/site supervision preferred.
