Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Daily site coordination and reporting
Labour attendance & record management
Material inward/outward record maintenance
Site stock and consumption tracking
Basic payment and expense record handling
Coordination with vendors, labour contractors & management
Maintaining site discipline and smooth workflow
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of construction/site work
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic Excel / WhatsApp reporting knowledge
Responsible and active personality
Ability to handle site documentation properly
Preference:
Candidate who can drive a 4-wheeler will get added advantage
Experience in prefab/LGSF/PEB/construction projects preferred
Qualification:
Diploma / Graduate / Experienced Site Person
Freshers with good practical understanding can also apply
Salary:
Based on experience and capability
