Interior Site Supervisor

Urgent require for Site Supervisor Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day interior works (carpentry, false ceiling, painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Ensure work is done as per design drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams Monitor site progress and report updates to project managers Maintain quality control and ensure finishing standards Check and manage material usage and stock Ensure safety practices are followed at site Handle site measurements and prepare progress reports Skills Required Knowledge of interior materials (plywood, laminates, gypsum, tiles, etc.) Ability to read AutoCAD drawings Strong coordination and communication skills Basic understanding of electrical & plumbing layouts Problem-solving and decision-making ability Qualification Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design Experience: 1–5 years in interior fit-out projects (varies by company) Work Environment Mostly on-site (residential, commercial, office interiors) May require long hours to meet deadlines
