Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily interior construction and fit-out activities on site. Monitor progress of civil, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, and finishing works. Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Conduct site inspections and quality checks. Manage labor teams and allocate resources effectively. Track material requirements and coordinate deliveries. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Resolve site-related issues and report project risks or delays. Attend client and contractor meetings as required. Required Skill's 2–5+ years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision. Knowledge of interior finishing materials and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
