Interior Site Supervisor

Interior Designer – Job Specification Position: Interior Designer Responsibilities: • Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. • Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning layouts. • Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation boards. • Select materials, furniture, lighting, color schemes, and décor elements. • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams. • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality execution. • Manage project timelines and budgets. • Resolve design and execution issues during project implementation. Required Skills: • Strong creativity and design sense. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design software. • Knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, and construction methods. • Excellent communication and client-handling skills. • Project management and problem-solving abilities. • Attention to detail and accuracy. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. • 1–5+ years of experience in residential or commercial interior projects. • Portfolio showcasing completed design projects. Preferred: • Site supervision experience. • Knowledge of Vastu principles (if applicable). • Experience in turnkey interior projects.
