Job Description – Interior Site Supervisor Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution of interior projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. Key Responsibilities Site Execution: • Supervise day-to-day interior site work (civil, carpentry, electrical, painting, etc.) • Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion Site Coordination: • Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams • Handle multiple site activities and manage workflow efficiently • Conduct regular site inspections Quality & Safety: • Ensure quality standards are maintained at site • Check materials and workmanship • Follow safety guidelines and site discipline Reporting: • Maintain daily site reports and progress updates • Track material usage and requirements • Report issues and delays to management Requirements • Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Civil Engineering • 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects • Strong knowledge of site execution and materials • Ability to handle labour and contractors Skills Required • Site Management • Team Handling • Problem Solving • Communication Skills • Time Management
