Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor teams, and project managers.
Monitor quality of workmanship and materials used on site.
Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.
Maintain site records, measurements, and progress reports.
Resolve on-site issues and report project updates regularly.
Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained.
Conduct material checks and manage site inventory.
Verify completed work and prepare snag lists before handover.
