Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at J S B Buildwell to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out work at the site. • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams. • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. • Monitor project progress and maintain work schedules. • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained. • Verify measurements and oversee material usage. • Coordinate with designers, architects, and project managers. • Ensure timely availability of materials and resources. • Maintain site safety and enforce safety regulations. • Prepare daily progress reports and update management. • Resolve site-related issues and technical challenges. • Monitor finishing works such as carpentry, painting, flooring, ceilings, and furniture installation. • Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget. • Attend client and consultant meetings as required. • Manage snagging and handover activities before project completion. Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 7+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
