Job Description – Site Supervisor Position: Site Supervisor Department: Projects / Execution Experience Required: 2–4 years (Residential & Commercial Projects) Location: Gurugram Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities and ensuring smooth execution of residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have practical knowledge of site work, construction drawings, and coordination with contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of projects. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily site work and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications. • Assist in understanding and implementing architectural and civil drawings on-site. • Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and vendors for smooth workflow. • Monitor material usage and report requirements to the management. • Ensure work is completed as per quality standards and safety guidelines. • Maintain site records, measurements, and daily progress reports. • Support in billing measurements and verification of work done. • Identify and report site issues and assist in resolving them. • Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress. • Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the site.
