Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and provide guidance to the interior design team. 2. Coordinate and oversee multiple design projects simultaneously. 3. Develop innovative design concepts in collaboration with the team. 4. Interact with clients, understand their requirements, and present design concepts. 5. Review and approve design documentation for accuracy and compliance. 6. Collaborate with other departments, consultants, and contractors. 7. Ensure design quality and provide feedback to team members. 8. Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation. 9. Stay updated with industry trends and share knowledge with the team. 10. Participate in presentations, design reviews, and meetings.
