Interior Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor – Interior Design Projects Job Description Elegant Decors is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage residential and commercial interior design projects on-site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with vendors and labor teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project execution. Roles & Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site work for interior projects. Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors. Ensure work is completed as per drawings, designs, and timelines. Monitor material delivery and site inventory. Maintain quality control and finishing standards at the site. Take regular site measurements and updates. Prepare daily progress reports and share updates with management. Handle client coordination during site visits when required. Ensure safety and cleanliness at the project site. Resolve on-site issues and manage labor efficiently. Coordinate with designers and project managers for smooth execution. Requirements Experience in interior or construction site supervision. Knowledge of interior materials and execution processes. Ability to read 2D drawings and understand site layouts. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting. Ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines. Preferred Candidate Experience in residential and commercial interior projects. Own vehicle preferred for site visits. Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
