Interior Site Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities: Conduct accurate site measurements for residential and/or commercial interior projects. Verify existing conditions and record dimensions for walls, beams, pillars, doors, windows, AC points, electrical points, and other structural elements. Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure measurements align with working drawings. Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and sketches in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Support designers and project managers in resolving on-site discrepancies. Maintain organized records of site measurements and related documentation. Ensure technical precision to avoid execution errors and support smooth project delivery. Qualification Required: Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in site measurements within the interior design/construction sector. Strong technical knowledge of interior design execution, furniture layouts, and spatial planning. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory). Excellent understanding of dimensions, scaling, and architectural/structural elements. Good communication and coordination skills with design and execution teams. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently on-site.
