JOB OPENING — SITE SUPERVISOR (CIVIL)
Organisation: AMQA Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per mont
ROLE SUMMAR
The Site Supervisor will be the primary on-ground representative of AMQA Ventures,He will be responsible for daily site management, workforce supervision, requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIE
• Act as Permit Applicant/Holder for all Permits to Work (PTW) — Excavation (F-09), Work at Height (F-06), Hot Work (F-08) as applicabl
• Prepare and communicate 4C Risk Card daily before work commence
• Conduct daily Toolbox Talk (TBT) and maintain F-42 Attendance Registe
• Supervise 8–10 workers — masons, helpers, flagman — and ensure productivit
• Ensure 100% PPE compliance — helmet, boots, high-vis vest, harness for height wor
• Maintain hard barricading around open trenches and ramp edges at all time
• Coordinate with WOLP EHS team during site inspection
• Report site progress, incidents, and issues to Director dail
• Maintain all site records — PTW copies, TBT sheets, HIRA forms — safely file
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
• Education: 10th Pass minimum; Diploma,ITI (Civil) preferre
• Experience: 1–5 years as Foreman/Supervisor on a named construction projec
• Must have prior exposure to EHS documentation — PTW, TBT, HIR
• Must be able to read, understand, and fill English-language safety form
• Physically fit for full-day site presence in outdoor condition
