We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team and help shape our product collections from concept to launch. Position Overview As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in researching, conceptualizing, designing, and executing home furnishing and décor products. You will be responsible for identifying market trends, developing design concepts, creating mood boards, coordinating product development, and styling product photoshoots. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design sensibilities with a deep understanding of consumer preferences and home décor trends. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive products in the home décor and furnishings sector. Develop innovative product concepts and seasonal collections aligned with the brand vision. Create mood boards, color palettes, material boards, and design presentations. Collaborate with product development teams, vendors, and manufacturers to translate concepts into market-ready products. Oversee prototyping and sample development, ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained. Prepare detailed design specifications, technical drawings, and product briefs. Style and coordinate product photoshoots, ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines. Create interior renderings, room settings, and visual presentations for marketing and e-commerce purposes. Stay updated on global design trends, materials, textiles, finishes, and consumer lifestyle movements. Work closely with marketing and creative teams to support product launches and campaign development. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Product Design, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in interior design, home furnishings, home décor, furniture, or product design. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, materials, textiles, and styling. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. Experience creating mood boards, presentations, and product concepts. Strong visual storytelling and styling skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in home furnishings, soft furnishings, furniture, textiles, or lifestyle brands. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development workflows.
