Interior Designer

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales Designer to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing design concepts, presenting solutions, and converting leads into successful projects. The role combines sales expertise with interior design knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Meet prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements, preferences, and budget. Conduct client consultations and site visits when required. Develop space planning, design concepts, and mood boards based on client needs. Prepare and present design proposals, layouts, and quotations. Coordinate with the design team to create detailed drawings and 3D visualizations. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects. Negotiate project terms and close sales deals. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project status in CRM systems. Required Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills. Good understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and furniture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software (preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships and manage client expectations. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
