Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise complete civil and interior work at site.
Handle store fit-out work including flooring, false ceiling, partitions, painting, tile work, plumbing, and electrical coordination.
Supervise M.S. fabrication work such as counters, display structures, railings, and framework.
Ensure proper execution of store interiors as per drawings and design.
Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, electricians, plumbers, and contractors.
Check site measurements and maintain work quality standards.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely project completion.
Handle material management and manpower supervision.
Maintain site safety and cleanliness.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of civil construction and retail interior work.
Experience in sweet shop, restaurant, showroom, or commercial interior projects preferred.
Understanding of drawings and site layouts.
Knowledge of M.S., glass, gypsum, tile, and finishing work.
Strong site management and coordination skills.
