Design Features: Vastu-compliant layouts (2, 3, and 4 BHK options). Double-height ceilings, open floor plans, landscaped lawns. Gazebos, fire pits, ornamental and fruit-bearing plants. Sustainable pathways, drip irrigation, and 24/7 security. Role: Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer Location: Bengaluru (North Bangalore – Avillion Farms) Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Responsibilities Interior Design: Conceptualize and execute interiors for luxury villas and farmhouses. 3D Visualization: Create photorealistic renders and walkthroughs using Enscape/D5 Render. Collaboration: Work with architects, landscape designers, and project managers. Material & Lighting: Develop realistic textures, lighting setups, and ambiance. Client Presentations: Deliver compelling design pitches and visualization outputs. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture (mandatory). 2–5 years’ experience in villa/farmhouse projects. Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential interiors/exteriors. Mandatory Skills 3D Enscape – Real-time visualization, VR walkthroughs. D5 Render – Cinematic rendering, photorealistic animations. SketchUp – Precision modeling for villas and farmhouses. Additional Skills 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, AutoCAD, Photoshop. Strong understanding of lighting & materials for photorealism. Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
