Job Description – Civil AutoCAD Draftsman (Railway Project) Position Civil AutoCAD Draftsman Project Type Railway Infrastructure Project Work Location Sohna, Gurugram (Gurgaon) Experience Required 2–8 Years Salary ₹45,000 per month + Accommodation Industry Railway Infrastructure / Civil Construction / Engineering Consultancy Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Civil AutoCAD Draftsman to support the design and drafting requirements of a major Railway Infrastructure Project. The candidate should possess strong expertise in preparing detailed engineering drawings related to roads, highways, railways, and associated civil infrastructure works. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD. Develop plans, profiles, cross-sections, and construction drawings for railway, road, and highway projects. Interpret engineering designs, survey data, and technical specifications. Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Design Engineers, and Project Teams to ensure drawing accuracy. Revise and update drawings as per project requirements and client comments. Maintain drawing registers, documentation, and revision records. Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and quality requirements. Assist in quantity calculations and preparation of as-built drawings. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman in Civil, Road, Highway, Railway, or Infrastructure Projects. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting. Knowledge of railway alignment, road geometry, cross-sections, and infrastructure drawings will be preferred. Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work at project site in Sohna, Gurugram.
