We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a skilled Draftsman Architect to support our gym development and expansion projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings for gym projects. Develop accurate 2D and 3D layouts for gym floor planning, equipment placement, reception areas, studios, and functional spaces. Conduct site measurements and prepare as-built drawings. Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams. Prepare and update drawings as per project requirements and site conditions. Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines. Assist in project planning, space optimization, and interior fit-out execution. Review drawings and provide technical support during project execution. Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and records. Support the expansion team in opening new gym locations within project timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Draftsmanship, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory). Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other 3D visualization software. Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and interior fit-outs. Knowledge of commercial, retail, or fitness center design is preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
