Business Development Manager

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in generating business leads for interior turnkey projects (civil). The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities  Identify and generate new business opportunities in interior turnkey & civil fit- out projects  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and PMC companies  Actively participate in lead generation through networking, site visits, references, and market research  Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial bids  Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for project feasibility and execution planning  Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in Pune and nearby regions  Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets  Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports Key Requirements  7–15 years of experience in business development/sales in interior turnkey or civil construction projects  Strong network with developers, architects, and corporate clients  Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills  Good understanding of interior fit-out execution, costing, and contracts  Ability to work independently and drive business growth Preferred Skills  Experience working with PMC/Construction/Interior Fit-out companies  Knowledge of tendering and commercial processes  Strong client handling and relationship management skills What We Offer  Competitive salary + performance incentives  Opportunity to work on premium interior projects  Growth-oriented and dynamic work environment
