Position: Senior CAD Designer – Jewellery Industry Location: Andheri Seepz Industry : Jewellery and Diamond maufacturing Industry Weekly off : 2nd and 4th Saturday will be off Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented CAD Designer with expertise in jewellery design. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, precise, and production-ready CAD models for fine jewellery. Key Responsibilities Create 2D/3D CAD models of jewellery pieces (rings, necklaces, earrings, bangles, etc.) using software like Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or equivalent. Convert design briefs, sketches, or concepts into detailed CAD files for prototyping and manufacturing. Ensure accuracy in dimensions, gemstone settings, and technical detailing for production feasibility. Work closely with design, merchandising, and manufacturing teams to meet design requirements. Develop multiple design variations and renderings for presentation to clients or internal teams. Maintain a library of CAD designs and manage updates as per trends or client feedback. Keep up with the latest jewellery design trends, techniques, and CAD software advancements. Proficiency in Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or similar software. Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing techniques and processes. Good understanding of gemstones, settings, and precious metals. Creativity, precision, and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Preferred Skills Experience in rendering and photo-realistic visualizations. Knowledge of international jewellery design trends. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
