Job Description
We are looking for a Architecural draftman to join our team to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces for Banking Sector. The role involves planning layouts with Options, Preparing BOQ, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with Bank Officers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.
Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.
Job Requirements:
Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
