Architect

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Architect/Interior Designer with experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) projects. Position: Architect / Interior Designer – QSR Projects Experience Required: 2–3 Years Job Description: We are seeking candidates from a QSR background who have hands-on experience in restaurant planning, kitchen layouts, and interior coordination. The candidate should be capable of handling projects from site feasibility to design coordination and execution support. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of architectural and interior layouts for QSR outlets. Planning and designing commercial kitchens as per operational requirements. Conducting site feasibility studies and preparing feasibility reports. Coordination with consultants and vendors for services integration. Knowledge of MEP services including: HVAC Electrical Plumbing Fire Fighting Preparation of 2D drawings and 3D views/renderings. Coordination during execution and ensuring design compliance on site. Understanding of mall and commercial fit-out guidelines will be an added advantage. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of interior and architectural detailing. Experience in QSR/restaurant projects is mandatory. Proficiency in: AutoCAD SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max or similar 3D software Photoshop/MS Office Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and site visits. Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with prior experience in brands such as QSR chains, cafés, food courts, or restaurant interiors will be preferred.
