Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
Develop 2D drawings, 3D views, and presentation designs.
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
Work on residential, commercial, and interior projects.
Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
Prepare BOQ, working drawings, and detailed documentation.
Handle project coordination and execution activities.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or related software.
Good knowledge of architectural planning and detailing.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Experience:
1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
