Job Description
We are looking for an Architect to join our team of Naren Kuwadekar & Associates to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, doing presentations, Making Working Drawings, Releasing Gfcs and coordinating with vendors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Create architectural concept Design and layouts.
Knowledge About Feasibility Studies of the Project.
Should Know to do Planning as per Rules & Regulations of Dcpr 2034.
Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
Visit sites for Checking design Execution.
Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.
Make Redevelopment Presentations For Client.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is B.ARCH With 0 to 2 Years Experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Revit, AI Render Tools and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
