2D/3D Interior Designer

Role Overview A 3D Designer projects. This role involves converting design concepts into accurate technical drawings that will guide the execution of projects on-site. Key Responsibilities 1. Prepare accurate 3D drawings for architectural layouts, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD. 2. Interpret sketches, verbal instructions, and specifications from architects or designers into technical drawings. 3. Maintain drawing standards and ensure consistency in line weights, layers, and annotations. 4. Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure drawings reflect the latest updates and changes. 5. Prepare working drawings for execution and submit them for client or authority approvals. 6. Organize and maintain drawing files for easy retrieval and reference. 7. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the design team or clients. 8. Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and company guidelines. 9. Skills & Competencies Required Technical Skills: 11. Proficiency in AutoCAD (3D) and basic knowledge of other drafting tools(3D-Sketchup). 12. Understanding of architectural detailing, measurements, and scale conversions. 13. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and terminology. 14. Soft Skills: 15. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 16. Good communication and coordination abilities. 17. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks. 18. Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach. 19. Qualification & Experience: 20. Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
