Senior Accounts Head

JOB DESCRIPTION : ACCOUNT HEAD Company Name: BLUEPEAK CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Position Type: Full-time Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Account Head to manage overall accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and MIS reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, financial management, and team handling with the ability to support management through accurate financial analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities : Manage complete accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations Supervise daily accounting activities and finance team operations Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime and Advanced Excel Prepare and analyse MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgeting, and forecasting processes Prepare financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and management reports Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments Ensure timely closing of books and compliance with reporting deadlines Identify discrepancies and implement corrective financial actions Ensure financial reporting is aligned with Ind AS / IFRS standards Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making Handle multi-company or multi-branch accounting operations if required Requirements : M.Com / MBA Finance / Any Post Graduate Degree 3 to 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles Strong command over Tally Prime (Advanced Level) Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory Proven experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Leadership and team handling capability Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and coordination skills Preferred : Experience in multi-company or multi-branch accounting Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting Ability to present financial reports to management Experience working in MNC companies preferred Why Join Us ?
