Job Title: Senior Accountant Company: Sri Krishna Polymers Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Experience Required: 2–6 Years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on Interview & Experience) Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM Language Requirement: Hindi (Mandatory), English (Mandatory), Telugu About the Role Sri Krishna Polymers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage inventory operations, reporting functions, and accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of stock management, reporting, and day-to-day accounting processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory & Stock Management (Primary Responsibility) Maintain accurate inward and outward stock entries. Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory. Perform stock reconciliation between physical stock and system records. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for inventory updates. Identify stock discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. 2. Monthly Reporting (Primary Responsibility) Prepare Sales, Purchase, and Expense Reports. Generate Outstanding Payment Reports. Create Production, Dispatch, and Stock Summary Reports. Analyze inventory movement and prepare management reports. Maintain MIS reports for management review. 3. Accounting & Finance Support Handle GST-related entries and documentation. Record purchase and sales invoices. Maintain ledger accounts and accounting records. Perform bank reconciliation and payment tracking. Assist in routine accounting and compliance activities. Required Skills Good knowledge of inventory and stock management. Experience in accounting software and MS Excel. Understanding of GST, invoicing, and bookkeeping. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments. Preferred Qualifications B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
