Urgent Hiring For Senior Account Manager in Manufacturing Company Gender : Any Working Day : Six Day Office Timing : 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Weekly off : Sunday Location : Thane - West Facilities : PF Facilities ,12-National Holidays and 24- Paid Leaves Job Roles : Financial Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of the accounts department, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger maintenance. Compliance & Taxation: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS, and income tax assessments. Reporting & Strategy: Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, cash flow summaries, and annual financial statements for the CFO or Board. Audit Management: Coordinate and lead internal, statutory, and tax audits, ensuring all records are "audit-ready." Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, performing variance analysis to track performance. Team Development: Mentor and supervise junior accountants and staff, establishing clear review mechanisms for deliverables. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Typically 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. Education: Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, or MBA in Finance is often mandatory. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Tally Prime, SAP, or similar ERP systems, alongside expert-level Microsoft Excel skills. Accounting Standards: Deep understanding of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, and relevant Companies Act provisions.
