Job description: Department: Accounts (Senior Accounts Executive) Location: Delhi Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000per month Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, GST & TDS compliance, vendor coordination, and ERP-related accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and prior experience in a CA office or relevant industry. Key Responsibilities • Maintain daily accounting transactions in ERP/accounting software • Generate sales invoices and payment entries • Verify vendor invoices and supporting documents • Process purchase bills and vendor payments • Prepare and file GST returns • Handle TDS calculations and filings • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation • Assist during internal and external audits • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for finance-related activities Qualifications & Experience • B.Com graduate • Experience in a CA office preferred • 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounts Required Skills • Good communication skills • ERP software knowledge • GST & TDS knowledge • Stock audit knowledge • Purchase order creation and processing • Industry experience in Trading / Manufacturing / Solar Projects preferred Preferred Candidate Profile • Detail-oriented and organized. • Able to work independently and meet deadlines. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Professional attitude and teamwork ability.
